This case involves a slip and fall claim brought by Lorri Arrington ("Plaintiff") against Goodrich Quality Theaters, Inc. ("Goodrich"). The case was tried to a jury, which rendered a verdict in favor of Goodrich. On appeal, Plaintiff argues the trial court erred in denying her motion for new trial because: 1) Goodrichs closing argument accused Plaintiff of conspiring with her attorney and a witness to present fraudulent testimony to the jury; 2) the trial court granted a motion in limine that precluded her from introducing into evidence an abandoned pleading she believed constituted an admission Goodrich made against its own interest; and 3) Goodrich misstated the law in its closing argument. Finding no error, we affirm.
